We hope you are delighted with your Strathberry purchase, however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original branded dust bag and box, ensuring all protective films are in place, and include the completed return form inside the parcel.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location and retain your postage receipt until your refund has been processed by our quality control team.
